HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY KITS AFTER PURCHASE?

You will receive a link to instantly download your kits after checking out. The link is sent to the email you used to check out with. Please check your inbox for links, as well as Spam folders.

ARE MIDI & LOOP KITS ROYALTY FREE?

MIDI and Loop Kits are Royalty Free for selling beats which contain the files. This includes Leases and Exclusives online.

As for placements with major artists and or major labels, all samples must be cleared. Information for clearance is included in the READ ME / ABOUT section of kits.

All Drum kits are completely royalty free.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

All purchases are final and no refunds may be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms.The reason we cannot provide refunds is because once a digital good has been sent, it cannot be revoked.

WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If for some reason a technical error occurs and you do not receive your kit after your purchase, contact ocean@prodbyocean.com with proof of purchase, Order #, and kits missing.
